Saervo was created to help organizations understand complex funding requirements, organize the information needed for an application, and communicate their work more clearly.
Approach
Work begins with the funder's published requirements. Reading them closely first tends to answer the most consequential question early: whether the opportunity is worth the organization's time at all.
From there, the task is largely organizational. Requirements are turned into a list, the list is matched against what your organization already holds, and the remaining gaps are named rather than glossed over.
Drafting comes last, and draws on your knowledge, evidence and plans. Saervo does not influence the funder's decision — the goal is a complete, accurate and readable application submitted on time.
