How it works

A clear process from opportunity to application.

Every engagement follows the same structure, so you always know what has been confirmed, what is outstanding and what happens next.

  1. 01

    Initial inquiry

You share your organization, the project, the opportunity you are considering and the deadline. A short written summary is enough to begin.

  2. 02

    Opportunity and scope review

We read the funder's published guidelines and confirm what the application asks for, what is due, and what information you already hold.

  3. 03

    Service recommendation

Based on that review, we recommend the service that fits — an eligibility review, research, writing, editing or readiness support — and explain why.

  4. 04

    Agreement and scheduling

Scope, fees, deliverables and dates are confirmed in writing before work begins, with internal review time built in ahead of the funder's deadline.

  5. 05

    Secure client intake through DocAmass

You receive access to the Client Portal, where the required questions and document requests are listed in one place and tracked as you complete them.

  6. 06

    Drafting or review

We prepare the application, or review your existing draft, using the information and evidence provided and the funder's stated criteria.

  7. 07

    Client feedback

You review the draft and provide corrections, additions and approvals. Outstanding gaps are flagged clearly rather than filled with assumptions.

  8. 08

    Finalization

Remaining items are resolved, attachments are checked against the submission list, and the package is prepared for you to submit.

The Client Portal

Once an engagement begins, Saervo uses DocAmass to collect required answers and documents, track outstanding items, and request corrections without relying on long email chains.
