By using saervo.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which Saervo operates.
Information on this website
Content on this website, including the guides in the Resources section, is general information about grant readiness and about Saervo’s consulting services. It is not legal, financial, accounting or tax advice, and it does not replace the published guidelines, eligibility rules or deadlines of any funding program. Always confirm requirements with the funder before relying on anything you read here.
No guarantee of outcomes
Saervo does not guarantee funding, eligibility, shortlisting, approval, or any other outcome from a grant application. Funding decisions rest entirely with the funder. Nothing on this site should be read as a promise of results.
No consulting relationship
Using this website, reading a resource, or submitting the contact form does not create a consulting relationship. An engagement begins only once scope, deliverables, timelines and fees are agreed in writing between Saervo and the client. Where a signed engagement agreement exists, that agreement governs the work and prevails over these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this site: no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, no automated scraping that burdens the service, and no submitting unlawful, misleading or abusive content through the contact form. We may decline or discontinue contact with anyone who does.
Intellectual property
The text, guides, and design of this website belong to Saervo. You may read, share and quote short excerpts with attribution and a link. Republishing full articles or using the material commercially requires written permission.
Client Portal and external links
The Client Portal at docamass.saervo.com is a separate application with its own terms and sign-in. Links to funder websites and other third-party pages are provided for convenience; Saervo does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or accuracy.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Saervo is not liable for losses arising from use of, or reliance on, information published on this website. Liability for consulting work is addressed in the applicable engagement agreement.
Privacy
Information submitted through this site is handled as described in our privacy policy.

We may update these terms as the site or our services change, and will revise the date above when we do.
